Rick arrived at Belle Meade around 5:30 on Friday to spend a few days. Karen and Norman showed up a little later, having returned from their New York visit. Cocktails and some political discussions followed, then they went to the Club for dinner.
Today (Saturday) Karen, Norman and Rick are going to play golf and Rick is playing with Karen's toy (BMW). Tomorrow Ralph will join them for another round of golf.

Mom is concerned that Dad will be wanting a new BMW of his own in the near future. Especially considering Wes's recent acquisition.
